David Moyes – Jermain Defoe is not for sale.

0
Jermain Defoe is not for sale.

WestHam United tabled a £5million bid for sunderland
striker Defoe earlier this week but the Black Cats
wasted no time in rejecting the offer.

Defoe has already netted 11 times this
season and with the club battling to retain
their Premier League status, David Moyes has
made it clear he will not be sold during
the January transfer window.

“West Ham made a bid and we rejected it.
We have said Jermain is not for sale and
he is not for sale,” Moyes confirmed.
“That has come from the owner. He says
he is not for sale. We have not put a price
on him or asked for a second bid.”

Defoe who signed a three year contract when
he moved to the Stadium of Light two
years ago and he agreed a new one-year
extension last summer.

“He signed a new contract in the summer.
He is here. I don’t see him having a
problem, He is really important for us. Very
little has been said by Sunderland AFC,”
Moyes added.

“The talking has come from elsewhere. He
is liked here. He is in a real purple patch in
his career and hopefully his is enjoying it
and is steady with that.

“If he keeps scoring at the rate he is he
will put himself up there with the best
from this club like Kevin Phillips and Niall

Jibrin Demands Refund Of $600,000 Collected By Dogara From Ibori

0

Abdulmumin “Jibrin Demands Refund” while accusing Yakubu Dogara of collecting $600,000 from James Ibori, the former Delta state governor, during his speakership campaign in 2015.

This was contained in a statement made available to Pulse on Saturday, December 31, 2016.

“It is such a shame that Speaker Dogara  denied the fact that former Governor James Ibori provided huge support to his emergence as Speaker by mobilizing members from Delta state and some from the the south south and south east zone to support him,” Jibrin said.

“‪Since he has disown Ibori, he should at least have the honour to return the $600,000 Ibori donated to his speakership campaign‬. Iam sure he cannot deny the fact that he collected that money cash!”

Former Governor of Delta State, James Onanefe Ibori

(The Union)

The Kano state lawmaker also accused Speaker Dogara of “spreading lies and propaganda” in the House of Representatives aimed at “watering down his popularity”.

He said: “No such planted stories will deter me from this crusade and using every legal means to regain the mandate of my people. The Speaker and members of the axis of evil in the house whom I will name in due course should rather focus on responding to the mountain of allegations i have raised against them.

“This is 163 days after and no response to any of the allegations of budget fraud and corruption.

President Buhari Is Too Old and Clueless – Bishop Okah

0
President Buhari

Bishop Simeon Okah, the principal patriarch of the Flock of Christ Mission, Enerhen-Effurun, Delta State, has urged President Muhammadu Buhari to forget about contesting in 2019.

Bishop Okah claimed that the president is already too old to pilot the affairs of the country. He also denounced President Buhari as the most unfavourable Nigerian President to the people of Niger Delta region.

“The man is an old man, old man is old, I am quite younger than he is. I am 64 years old, do you know that without the younger ones around me, there are some things about this generation that I cannot on my own understand because their way of thinking is very different from my way of thinking, not to talk of a man like President Buhari?

First, Buhari is too old, secondly, he is not educated enough. It pains my heart that just because former President Goodluck Jonathan is from South-South, there was a general hatred against him by the north and maybe the west.

We, who travel, they were telling us that we were blessed to have a man who has PhD as a president, what does Buhari have apart from him being a general?” he said in an interview with Vanguard.

Bishop Okah disagreed with Rev. Ejike Mbaka who praised President Buhari as the liberator of Nigerians.

Well, facts speak for themselves. What has he liberated, is it the economy, what? So when you say he is a liberator, what has he liberated?

Rather, he has worsened the state of everything in this country; he took over government when naira was between 170 and 190 to a dollar but today how much is it?” the Bishop asked.

When he was campaigning, he said he would make one naira to one dollar, but what is the position today, the man has destroyed almost everything he met, everything Jonathan labored for. Everything is nose-diving in the country.

Look at the stock exchange. He inherited a stock exchange of over N13 trillion. Today, it is about N8 to N9 trillion. What happened to N4 trillion?

It is people’s money, so to me, this government, particularly, in my own sense of judgment, there are too many lies and lies go with depression and depression goes with oppression.

People who are supposed to invest are asking questions, where are the blueprints for his economic programme.? Almost two years are gone, nothing. This is the very first time in our history that it took a president, who won an election over six months to appoint ministers.

And the people he appointed are the same corrupt people, who had to cross-carpet from PDP to APC; we thought he was going to bring angels from the moon the way he initially spoke about people that would make his cabinet, but finally, they were the same people that we knew in this country.

As a man from South-South, I feel very bad the way we have been treated. Look at the oil blocks too, how many belong to people from the South-South? in the first place, why should the Nigerian government consider giving oil blocks to individuals instead of state government?

Why should such huge amount of money go into hands of very few individuals? If we want to build a nation, these are questions that we need to ask,” the Bishop stated.

Olamide – Letter To Milli Lyrics

[Verse 1]
Hey son wassup, this is your dad
Am writing this to motivate you whenever you are down
Just remember my story and things that people told me
Nine mili-mitre to my head couldn’t hold me
Back from the facts and all the things that i believed in
Now i treat a special woman, the womb i lived in
How i used to go go, how i used to go get
How i used to go to shows with no cash in my pocket
Am talking 08, 09, O10, O11
For every level theres a different devil
I sold my soul to the game just to dine with the devil
I hope i make heaven
And sometimes, i dont even think about the fact that my daddy is a driver and my hood is ladilac
I just grind like am crazy like a maniac
To make my daddy proud and get all the things my lady lacks

[Hook]

You must be prepared for every chance you see
Every opportunity, knock dem out for me like Ali
Be a soldier, build yourself
Elevate your brothers when you elevating yourself
Go to war with your brothers and protect all your sisters
Ask your mama for her blessings let no one compete with her

When e reach, man dey cuddle, anytime e dey rain
Poor man dey pack water inside him house with him plate
