Swansea City are looking to agree a
double deal with PSV Eindhoven for
Luciano Narsingh and Santiago Arias, but
they are waiting for Paul Clement to give
the green-light, HITC Sport understands.

Swansea ’s board had already put a
number of deals in place before Clement’s
arrival, but before spending millions on
new players, they are going through their
targets with their new boss to make sure
he approves their capture.

Swansea are looking at paying PSV
around £12million for the pair – Narsingh
a Dutch international, and Arias a
Colombian international.

The 24-year-old Arias has been closely
followed by a number of Premier League
clubs in the last 12-months, with both
Chelsea and Leicester City amongst those
to keep tabs on him.
Now city feel Arias would add some
much indepth quality to their defence, and
he will take up the majority of the
£12million fee, as Narsingh is out-of-
contract in the summer.
Narsingh was the subject of a bid from
West Bromwich Albion last summer, but
they couldn’t get a deal done on deadline
day, but now Swansea are confident he could be
a major boost to them.
